I moved into a place that was definitely not cleaned well and had pet urine issues and he took the time to run me through the options and went the extra mile for me to ensure that my carpet was as clean as can be. He was super friendly throughout and was even nice enough to do it twice because it was that bad! Just had Sam clean a water damaged rug, amazing results! At first we were a little sceptical whether it can be cleaned, but Sam talked us through what he proposed to do and the costs involved. Before cleaning the whole rug, he tested a small patch just to ensure it could be cleaned. Once we were happy with the test, the whole clean took about 30 mins and results are fantstic.
We needed an emergency carpet clean and these guys were great. Both customer service on the phone and the guy who came to do the job were really helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable and the job was done with high quality. Best experience with a carpet cleaner yet. Highly recommend.
