Can’t praise this company enough. I booked last minute and got lucky to get a same day service. The gentlemen who arrived, Sam was beyond helpful and took pride in his work. I moved into a place that was definitely not cleaned well and had pet urine issues and he took the time to run me through the options and went the extra mile for me to ensure that my carpet was as clean as can be. He was super friendly throughout and was even nice enough to do it twice because it was that bad! He even checked in a couple days later to see if everything was good and offered to come back and treat it if not. If your looking for someone who has high quality standards, is friendly and genuinely cares then this company is 1000% for you. Thanks a ton Sam!

Just had Sam clean a water damaged rug, amazing results! At first we were a little sceptical whether it can be cleaned, but Sam talked us through what he proposed to do and the costs involved. Before cleaning the whole rug, he tested a small patch just to ensure it could be cleaned. Once we were happy with the test, the whole clean took about 30 mins and results are fantstic.

We needed an emergency carpet clean and these guys were great. Both customer service on the phone and the guy who came to do the job were really helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable and the job was done with high quality. Best experience with a carpet cleaner yet. Highly recommend.

Just had Deluxe Carpet Cleaning come over this morning to work their magic on our carpets and couch, we were definitely impressed!

These guys were total pros – super polite, careful, and meticulous in making sure everything was as clean as can be. We had some tough stains on the couch that we thought were permanent, but they managed to get them out no problem – it seriously looks like a brand new couch now!

We were very impressed with the Deluxe Team. A job was scheduled within the week of our initial enquiry. We received regular updates prior to and on the day of the job regarding the technician’s arrival.
Our carpet looks brand new! It’s like it was relaid. The stains from our pets have also come up, I can’t tell where they are.

I had a massive coffee stain on my white carpet. I called up and made a booking. 24 hrs later Sam came and now my carpet looks brand new like there was never any  stain. After an horrendous experience with Halwest Property Services (I strongly advise not to use them – see my Google review for further details) I urgently needed an end of tenancy carpet clean as Halwest didn’t do it even though they said they would.

Peter and Michael were very punctual and started before their appointment time, I was amazed as noone turns up on time, these guys really surprised me.

Deluxe Carpet cleaning came to my house this Saturday.
The technician turned up in the allocated to clean my 5 pieace lounge, my lounge room rug and my bedroom carpet.
I am so amazed at the amazing job, the carpet looks brand new.
Every stain was removed, my carpet has lifted up and my rug is so clean I can see the bright cream colour again.
The lounge is bright and stain free.

To the perfectionists reading this, i would suggest vacuuming before the technician arrives.

They turned up on time and even though I was still disorganised no fuss was made about it, they patiently waited until I was ready to commence the clean. I allowed them to carry out the work whilst I left my apartment. No issues there! I came home to lovely clean carpets considering the poor state my carpets were in I was suprised at how well they managed to clean them. drying time took a little longer than 4 hours and some stains where still visible which is why i gave a 4 star but all in all I would use their company again. Maybe people had other works hence the bad reviews but the young man and lady did the job as expected. i wish i had before and after pictures to prove their capabilities.

was quoted $157 for 1 bedroom, loungeroom and 3 seater sofa, when the guy came (on time) he said regular cleaning wouldn’t do, but instead used chemicals on carpet and deodoriser and DIDNT clean sofa. Total new cost $180, without sofa cleaned. These guys need to do their quoting properly. Next time, I want a price in writing and guaranteed. They did a good job and were on time BUT I see a lot of other comments about incorrect quoting

Very happy with the service. Was quoted $99 and this is what I was charged. Was able to organise cleaning quickly and although they arrived a bit later than the booking time they did call to let me know they were running late. Carpet wasn’t very dirty but cleaning was required at end of lease, and they did a fine job.
